With more than 25 years of experience in management, human resources and organizational development, I have dedicated my career to supporting the growth of individuals and teams in complex and evolving environments. My professional path has led me to work with managers, professionals and organizations to strengthen skills, foster engagement and build sustainable performance.

This journey now shapes my practice as a coach, mediator, trainer and facilitator, where I draw on deep expertise in talent development, conflict management and change support.

Driven by a profound belief in the human capacity to learn, adapt and transform, I support managers, professionals, teams and organizations through development pathways that combine meaning, movement and sustainable growth.

My approach integrates neuroscience, pedagogy, mediation and professional coaching, both in individual and team settings, to create safe spaces, in person or virtual, where people can clarify their challenges, develop their competencies and strengthen their leadership.

I believe in the power of collective intelligence, individual resilience and structured, human‑centered, action‑oriented support. I help individuals and teams recognize their strengths, affirm their leadership style and activate concrete strategies that foster long‑term skill development.
