This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Beatrice Pace.


After nearly 2 years at Kokua Hub, Bea has stepped into her new role as Head of Operations, and we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving.


Based in Malta, she’s the person behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly. From supporting our coaches to creating clarity and structure for our clients, she brings a level of care and consistency that makes a real difference.


She’s not just part of the team, she’s the foundation of it.


What’s your favourite thing about being part of the Kokua Hub team?


The people. Being able to learn from our coaches, hearing their stories and seeing how much they love what they do and genuinely care about helping others, it brings the work to life in a way you don’t always get to see. And within the team, there’s a level of openness and communication that makes it easy to collaborate and learn from each other. It creates a really positive environment to be part of.


In a company built around wellbeing, how does your role support that from behind the scenes? 


A lot of workplace stress doesn’t come from the work itself - it comes from lack of clarity, misalignment or things constantly changing without communication. From an operations perspective, my role is to reduce that for our clients where possible, bringing structure, consistency and clarity so they’re not carrying that load themselves. It’s about creating an environment where things run smoothly, and people can focus on what actually matters.


What’s a quote you keep coming back to?

A phrase I always come back to - the idea that growth doesn’t come from getting everything right, but from being willing to move, reflect and learn as you go.
