Our final spotlight of 2025!

We’re closing out the year with a Master Certified Coach whose journey began with a simple question: “What is coaching?” Two weeks and several books later, she was hooked - drawn to the way coaching blends psychology, business, and a future-focused mindset.

With a style that balances challenge and support, she helps clients take ownership of their growth while staying grounded in empathy and real-world context. Her work focuses on guiding new managers and leaders through transitions, with particular attention to boundaries, communication, confidence, conflict, and change.

She brings depth, focus, and a strong belief in the power of coaching - not just from experience, but because she’s seen its impact in her own life.

It’s been an honor sharing the stories of our coaches this year - each one committed to helping others grow with intention. We can’t wait to introduce more incredible humans in 2026. 💫

  1. What inspired you to become a coach?

Many years ago, when doing some work for a training company, I was asked to train a team of HR people on coaching, and I asked, “What is Coaching?”. The training was in 2 weeks, so I read many books on the topic to prepare to deliver the course. I fell in love with the mix of psychology, business, and how it focused on the now, and the future."

  2. What is your unique coaching style?

I am both challenging and supportive. I believe that both are necessary to coach people to the highest level. I encourage ownership and accountability, whilst also bringing empathy and an awareness of the circumstances my client is in."

  3. What skills do you bring to the coaching world?

I am empathic, challenging, focused, funny (sometimes), and I am very passionate about my clients and what I do. Coaching has changed my life in many ways, so I also bring a strong belief that coaching works."

  1. Which topics come up most frequently in your coaching?

I work mostly on these topics: new managers, new leaders, boundary setting, communication skills, career coaching, conflict resolution,  priority management, negotiation, change management, and confidence."

  2. What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned from coaching others?

"We are more similar to each other than we realise. We all have fears, hopes, dreams, and worries. I have learnt that you never know what is truly going on with someone from the outside."

  1. Can you tell us about your favorite moment throughout your coaching career? "Probably getting accepted to my first coaching company, having worked for several years on becoming certified and building my experience. I was so hopeful and excited to work with executives all over the world."

  1. What advice would you give someone starting their journey as a coachee? "The more you trust and give to the process, the more you will get from it. Bring curiosity, openness, and a growth mindset."

  2. Which coaching question, model or tool brings the most insight?

"I believe ‘the client is the model’. So, I try to never have a go-to question or model. Every person is unique and they have a unique session from me."

  3. What’s your favorite book, podcast, or movie related to personal development? "For Change Management work with clients, I recommend watching ‘Moneyball’ to understand how people react to change."
