Leadership Development Intervention: Kokua Hub engaged in a comprehensive needs assessment with the company's senior leadership to pinpoint the crux of their developmental needs. We then architected a custom six-masterclass program spread across six months, designed to be immersive and iterative, allowing leaders to apply learnings in real-time.
