With a foundation rooted in personal transformation, this month’s coach brings a deeply human approach to growth. Originally trained as an ACC with the intention of helping others, she quickly discovered that coaching first reshaped her - shifting self-limiting beliefs into empowering possibilities. Today, she channels that same transformational energy into her practice, guiding clients with empathy, clarity, and a solution-focused mindset that sparks real, sustainable change.

What inspired you to become a coach?
“When I was first trained as a ACC (Associate Certified Coach), I thought I was going to “help” others - the first client I have, it is myself! Coaching helps me to shift self-limiting mindset to empowering mindset. I was and still am blown away.”
What is your unique coaching style?
“I use a solution-focused coaching style in an empathetic way. Change happens through behavior and cognitive reframing. I may ask “what’s working” and then design micro-actions to build client success.”
What skills do you bring to the coaching world?
“Deep active listening, non-judging, curiosity to partner with the client to co-create a new perspective and development goals.
Direct communication balancing empathy with challenge to inspire ownership, purpose and clarity.
Experiences in corporate leadership development, career pivoting, cross-cultural communication & relocation to new countries, and facilitation skills help to create a safe space for clients to explore their journey and progress.”
Which topics come up most frequently in your coaching?
“Self-confidence, identity, direction, sense of purpose, navigating through organizational change and complexity, work life balance, career pivoting, just to mention a few.”
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned from coaching others?
“Trust the process."
Can you tell us about your favorite moment throughout your coaching career? “When clients shift their mindsets, make progress and gain clarity - and share their success stories.”
What advice would you give someone starting their journey as a coachee? "It's okay not to be okay."
What’s your favorite book, podcast, or movie related to personal development? “Book – Coaching A to Z, Dr Haesun Moon
Movie – The King’s Speech.”
